if you can maintain them really cool why not, always better to store underground
I am not sure on WiFi reaching underground but a tornado shelter seems to be a decent idea, I think a dehumidifier might be required though.

Can only do it in winter. The heat ventilation is a problem. It is too hot in summer.

You've got to be able to vent out the hot air, otherwise the temperature will rise.  Sounds like a fire hazard to me.

i have a 3 by 4 metter attic with nothing but a geyser in, could i possibly run my miners here or would the lack of fresh air be an issue ?
