Is it safe?

Haha, no. Not because of the technique used but because multi PSU systems that aren't designed for it are inherently prone to more problems. The most common problem is diminished regulation feedback which increases voltage ripple. If the PSU's are of good quality, they should be able to still keep it within tolerable levels but you can't really know until you try it.

Also, there is an even more minimal option:

Hook up all the power cables as normal
Jam a paperclip in the secondary PSU's ATX connector so that it connects the green wire to a black one
Start the computer

Or by jump starting the PSU with a piece of thin metal between the green wire and a black wire on the slave PSU and then turning on the switch on the back before starting the computer.

Would you please explain more about this option? Is it safe? And I dont know how to connect second power to this thin metal! Is there any video tutorial about how to make this and connect it to two power?

Add2PSU is  just a reed relay to daisy chain the PSU's so they start at the same time. As long as the PSU's share the same ground, the same can be done using an automotive relay:

You could also connect the two green wires on the PSU's and they will both start at the same time as long as they share the same ground. Easy way:

Or by jump starting the PSU with a piece of thin metal between the green wire and a black wire on the slave PSU and then turning on the switch on the back before starting the computer.

The better EVGA PSU's also come with a 'self-tester' that does the same thing as the jumper. What's really important is the PSU's share the same ground.

Well you can do it DIY style but it is not recommended. Why not order it online?
