No, this is not possible. The Nano S does not support bc1 addresses at this time. You can only import the BIP49 SegWit wallet (with "3"-type addresses) from the Ledger Nano S into Electrum:

File -> New\Restore -> Standard Wallet -> Use a hardware device -> Connect Ledger, unlock with PIN, select Bitcoin app -> set Derivation Path to m/49'/0'/0'
