BTG has replay protection, so you can move your BTC now that the fork had happened.

It looks like you'll have to send away your BTC and then export the old private keys into a BTG wallet.  Considering that BTG should be almost worthless, you'll have to decide whether that's really worth your time.

Yes. You only need BTC to be in place on the moment of fork. Then you can empty the wallet. The initian BTG balance will be calculated based on the exact block.

Hello!

As it looks, electrum doesn't support BTG. I heard that I will have to export later my private keys into the official BTG wallet to get them. Ok with that.

But can I withdraw my BTC from the electrum wallet now? Will I be able to claim my BTG later if I have zero BTC on the electrum wallet with respective private keys?
