Yes I m make sure I project I invested heavily got listed in a reputable exchange as I love the features and benefits in it. I decided to confirm it could be possible to apply for listing another project without working with the team.

And depend in what type of exchange he will be dealing ..there are many exchange that will accept your proposal easily but Be aware because many are scams.

Legit exchange maybe strict and compliance will really be pain in the ass but you'll have more potential in their platform as long as you will prove the quality and capacity of your project.

Okay I understand, though wen I made the request someone quickly dm me about the listing details but I wasn't that convinced if the person is from the team.

Most of the exchange like binance requires one of the team member to apply for listing because they will ask import details about the project such as code and the token that will be send on the exchange for liquidity. Its possible that other people will negotiate for the listing so that the team member will just confirm the listing to Binance representative. Those guys that offering listing on exchange even though they are not an exchange representative has a connection on the exchange team. This is possible but most of the guy offering this kind of service is scam.

It's better for the team to apply for themselves to minimize risk.

The fees isn't a problems, the betterment of the project listing is my main point of interest so that it could be purchased over there.

You didn't even need to apply on etherdelta and forkdelta to listing your token. When you are creating the new token from the new contract and your token will be automatically listed into the various decentralized exchange site for ethereum.
Etherdelta is dead right now and there's only fork delta as an option but it has small volume.

I know some tokens that have been listed without team taking part in it. I mean that it's possible on ether and forkdelta. I saw that like a year ago duno did they change it until now.

AFAIK, there are forms to fill up when listing your coin on an exchange with desired amount of btc as listing fee. However, there are criteria a specific exchange wants from a project and check if they have a great features ahead to build., but that's doesn't mean you have a partnership with the exchange. If in the case that the exchange likes your project plan, the CEO might as well require for your partnership agreement.

I thought it was really hard. however, regardless of how high the quality and quantity of your knowledge and experience is. it really takes hard work to earn the trust of all team members. besides that you will also be charged with great responsibility.

i have seen there are some exchanges allow everyone (individuals and team members) to apply for listing. Cryptaldash is one of them I know (don't know if they still do it or not) which allowed everyone to apply to list their favorit coin/token.

you can suggest tokens/coins to binance as well and Bittrex used to list coins bases of users interest. there was a time when if a project wanted to be listed in Bittrex. they asked their users to tweet Bittrex in twitter and list the project. more tweets mean higher chances of listing.
but these things can be changed now.
