Can Mycelium wallet be forced to connect only to my fullnode (bicoin core installed with the complete blockchain)? How?
At present no... but I remember seeing a comment a while back stating that they were supposedly working on adding a feature that would allow you to connect to specific servers...

Seems that the upcoming "modularity" (no ETA that I can see) should make this possible: https://github.com/mycelium-com/wallet-android/issues/408

They have a "testnet" version of the planned SPV module: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.mycelium.spvmodule_testrelease&hl=en

No but i think you can import your private key from your mycelium to electrum as alternative since electrum is light version of bitcoin core..
