He can only recover your account if you can prove you own a bitcoin address that you previously posted here or sent in a pm to someone here.

I have tried to access my old account without any success, I even tried "send new password" method several times but the new password email doesn't arrive. What am I suppose to do?

try the secret question method to recover your account (if you'd set) if you've not send a pm to theymos to get your password reset.
