Each account should have a different passphrase. You can read more about it here.

I read that the idea behind this is if you get robbed and the thief forces you to give him access to you Nano S you could give him access to one of the wallets where you keep just a small amount of crypto. While your secret wallet stays hidden.

Good one! nobody should even try to link his secret wallet to anywhere.

The ledger Nano S has a feature where you can set a passphrase to make a secret wallet. Can this secret wallet be linked to the wallet without a passphrase?

Asking for a friend.

Thanks
