XRP is a different blockchain from Ethereum or BSC so XRP can only be purchased with centralized exchanges. If you have trouble with KYC or national policy use VPN, Tor to buy XRP.
There is a form of XRP wrapped on BSC that you can own. Its value is the same as that of XRP on the original blockchain.
You can view it here:

Pancakeswap is only for BEP20 tokens and Uniswap is only for ERC20, while XRP have their own blockchain network
So it is impossible to buy XRP on Pancakeswap or Uniswap, unless they have tokens in ERC/BEP network
It's possible, There was wrapped XRP Same like WBTC and it's already on BEP-20 and ERC-20 but it's only limited exchange that depositing this and one of them in Binance, So far i know when you choose deposit there will be an option For XRP To be deposited through the BEP-20 & ERC-20 Through the wrapped asset.

It looks like all US Exchanges don't allow US citizens to trade XRP.  Can a person in the US trade XRP in DEX like PancakeSwap or Uniswap?
You can't, pancake and uniswap are using the different blockchain and it's not compatible with XRP. the only way for you to sell your XRP through use p2p transaction or centralized exchange site that available in your countries like coinbase or another legal US centralizede exchange site.

even if you can do it, you'll be trading a pegged tokens. just keep in mind that those token are not as valuable as the real one, and things can go wrong quickly. don't store them and just use them as a trading pick. if you're planning to buy and hold, use other means to do it.

Hire Bitcointalk Camp. Manager @ r7promotions.com
So far as it's a decentralized exchange the restriction will not affect them on those exchange, because their is no form of identification need before the trade.

circumstances can change at any time, maybe today there are still restrictions on XRP for one reason or another but after the case that befell xrp with the SEC it is possible to change the regulations again and people there can carry out transactions as usual without restrictions.

Yes you can, On DEX You are interacting directly with smart contract so there is no third parties that exist on the CEX, For XRP You can trade it on The Pancakeswap through some pairs and the XRP itself was wrapped on the which chain you are traded (Pancake For BSC & Uniswap For Ethereum), beside that maybe you can use some exchange that supported XRP but didn't need any KYC?

The problem is the lack of clarity in US digital asset regulation. Regulations related to crypto in the US are not really due to cryptocurrency players, but rather the lack of action from regulators in that country compared to regulators globally.
Unlike in other countries, especially the G20 countries have invested their time and energy, either through legislation or regulation to provide clarity and certainty that allows investors to participate in building a better country.

This is quite a simple problem with a simpler solution. Use a VPN. These apps are life savers when you need them. Saves people where governments have shut the doors

I can't understand that how this possible, you said that XRP trading is not allowd in your country, but if you Trade xrp on exchange then where is the problem. You can create Binance Exchange and continue you can trade with your favorite coin. Also you can use Uniswap and Pancakeswap.

What we need to know is why the US prohibits its citizens from trading on XRP, this is not without reason for the ban for them, if we do not know the cause of the ban, then there is no conclusion we can give here.

But they can ignore this prohibition, if they want to trade on XRP, by changing the IP on the network they use, this is an open secret for people to know, but speaking of security in doing so, it comes back to the individual.

Yes you can because its decentralized exchange there is no restriction at all but you can only buy XRP with other cryptos not from the fiat.

I am not from the US and I haven’t heard anything about restricting XRP on US territory. But I think that if you have access to DEXes like Pancake swap and Uniswap, all coins that are listed there are available for you. I am not sure if the government is even capable of restricting coins. Can they prevent smart-contract of doing transactions?

[Nope]No hype delivers more than hope
As long as you can access both of these sites, then it can be done. Dex can't limit per user or block accounts because no ID is given, otherwise if it's restricted then they might ban your IP in the first place.

Regarding concessions, even if you trade XRP pegged tokens, I don't think it removes the prohibition on trading XRP coins. Don't know what the consequences are, you should look for other references about this.

Country restriction is not really applicable for cryptocurrency i think, they still can create a binance account or other worldwide exchange to trade XRP even they are in a country that banned a coin by using VPN because it's everywhere now and there are several VPN that active in one click use. So i think it don't really bother me if a country ban a coin. KYC country ban is more impactful if people want to create an account in a platform
