I have had some time-consuming posts eaten by database error. It's a good idea to CTRL-C copy your entire post to the clipboard before pressing "post" or "preview", if it's something long.

I usually do, but sometimes I forget. I shouldn't have to though.

I was just wondering if a feature could be implemented when if you post within your allowed timeframe your post would be saved, as when you click back your text has gone. I usually ctrl and c them just in case, but sometimes I forget. Pretty annoying to have to re-type out your messages.

This has screwed me over a few times, so I know how annoying it is. I understand the time limit and think it's a great feature, but I wish my posts would still be there if I post under the limit.
