If i was turning data -> plain text -> cipher text -> unicode symbols as the "private key"

Then turning the Ascii code of all the previous characters in the private key to a public key to be shown on a blockchain...

Would that work?
I'm not sure about that if we can add quantum cryptography. I remember when you are saying that and then have you seen what SHA that has used by cryptocurrency at this moment? It's used SHA 256. I thought that quantum cryptography can't be added to the blockchain.
