what is your intial budget on this as your requirements are vast enough then what you listed on thread title?

I run an airsoft field.
I'm looking for a database program, something I could run on a laptop.
I need to be able to register players once they have signed a consent form.
Track when I have games. And register the users to those games.
Be able to see how many games a user has been to.
Track what stock a user buys. Or st least money they spend.
And I'd like it to have a digital military look to the gui.
If I could run this on a tablet. Even better.
If your capable of this sort of thing.
