You can PM moderator or staff here ask them to see through this user's IP and they can search another user who login using that IP. Mods don't have that ability IIRC, and the admins here don't pull out the IP evidence for hacked accounts and such - due to it being an unreliable source - and especially with this being a relatively lesser matter, I doubt they'd cross-reference for this case.
