No, the double spend that was not confirmed is invalid. It is however a double spend because the coins have been used elsewhere so there will be nothing returned.

Maybe you are correct guys, I'm experiencing a bug, and just recently I encountered another problem on blockchain.info saying " Chain Head Not Found". Blockchain.info is so buggy so I decided to import my addy on electrum

I ain't gonna use blockchain.info anymore

Usually a bug, I have seen blockchain.info do something like this before.
