There may be some fixed minimum fees when buying bitcoins with anything other than a bank transfer, with small purchases the effective fees can be very high. Contact them to be sure.

edit: in your first link it says 'Send fee 0.0005 BTC', that alone is equal to 23.59 EUR.

Do you have access to your old account on there too? Is there a chance you didn't withdraw everything?

If they're a small company, they could've emailed you a receipt that'll contain a breakdown of the fees you paid.

Sure I have access, I'm using the same account I used in 2019. Here's the transaction in question:

I definitely sent everything I had bought.

And this is a similar transaction from 2019:

Here I also bought €100 worth of BTC, but when I sent them to my wallet, I received €82. Does it seem normal that I received just €60 now? Are the fees so much higher?

Sorry if I posted on the wrong board.

Crypto Swap Exchange
What was the exchange rate on the site when you used the service?

The exchange sent 0.00138782BTC to your address, are you expecting this amount? If you were expecting more, you have to ask the service yourself whether the exchange rate was right or if there were any undisclosed fees. There is nothing wrong with Electrum or does it have anything to do with Electrum. You have to know how much you exchanged your Euros for. Fees are indeed higher now, as compared to years ago.

Hi,

So, here's the deal: It's been almost 2 years since my last Bitcoin transactions, back then I used to buy Bitcoins to pay for stuff from time to time and didn't have any problems. And now have I bought my BTC at the same site I was using 2 years ago, https://kriptomat.io/, then I transferred them to my Electrum wallet. I bought BTC for €100, the Kriptomat fee was something around €5, so up until that moment everything looked the way I knew it, and I was expecting around €95 worth of BTC to be transferred to my wallet. However, what I eventually received was just 0.00138782 BTC (around €60 right after the transaction and €65 when I made my payment a few days later). Could someone have a look at the transaction and tell me what exactly happened:
eb9f13cd1942fc004dfde6dc13f85351427b5148828408d4beb26ebcdb5c228d Huh

I'm seeing a fee of 0.00022275 BTC (around €10), which is already way higher than the fees I paid 2 years ago. But if this was the fee, I should have still received around €85, not €60-65?! Obviously, now I'm afraid to buy more and do it the same way, because it would be nonsense to make a loss of 30% every time I buy some BTC.
By the way, the fee for the second transaction that I did from my Electrum wallet was just €0.81 (I set it manually).
