Can someone mine my Bitcoin transaction it has been unconfirmed for 3 days now. I’ll send whoever does it $25. The Bitcoin transaction is

65dec98d85d5c8e06dd52684d6a3e6c8073d0dc69c3071c9a6b94f32a7686031

Thanks

 Your tx has been accelerated.

How do you manage to submit transactions to viabtc accelerator? It is always going on timeout or submissions are going over limit for me

It is a very tight window.

  00:59- 00:01
  01:59-02:01
 02:59-03:01
03:59-04:01

on every hour.

so 24 chances in a day and only 100 each hour in that small gap of time. which is more like.

ten seconds maybe 15 seconds not 2 minutes.

and very likely you are competing against thousands of people.

Many times it takes me six or seven hours to get the tx picked up.

and you can accelerate tx c that is depending on tx b that is depending on tx a

but you need to do the first one which is tx a

then the second one which is tx b

then the third one which is tx c.

To do a three layer one it can take four days.

If acceleration was successful, ViaBTC tells you. If it doesn't say anything, something probably went wrong.
I tested this 4 times today. All were at the whole hours.
ViaBTC doesn't show any message when the acceleration is successful. Maybe something is wrong from my side.
I second Loyce, you probably got the "Timeout message" instead of this (screenshot just minutes ago):

Timeout mostly happen when their server can't handle all the surge of acceleration requests during those times.
But will accept the transaction anyways if it was timed right and there's no issues like unconfirmed parent or below their minimum fee.

When I submit a transaction late, it says "Submissions are beyond limit. Please try later."
From my understanding, whenever it doesn't show any message, it means that the acceleration is successful. Because when I submit a same transaction a few minutes later (when the 100 transaction limit has definitely been filled) again, it says "This transaction is being accelerated."

It's been a while, but I remember it adding the word "already" if that's the case.
No, it only says "This transaction is being accelerated."
You can test it with the random transaction I submitted some minutes ago. (If it isn't confirmed before you see this post, off course.)

Sounds like you already know when to submit the transaction because you've experienced the timeout.

If you've followed "How to use Transaction Accelerator" below "About TA" below the page, it's most likely that your transaction has an unconfirmed parent.
They can't accelerate transactions like that, you'll need to accelerate the parent first, get it confirmed, before you can accelerate your transaction.
If you sent it when the queue is full, it will just return with a generic message "submission is beyond limit" instead of the actual issue.
So check in a blockexplorer or your wallet if your transaction has any unconfirmed parent.

I got the message in green lettering that I had successfully accelerated the tx but I didn't screen cap since I didn't think anyone else would bother trying to accelerate (my bad).  My intention was to have the $25 sent to a charity - if you would like to choose the charity, be my guest.
xhomerx10, I didn't really post the screenshot to be the one who gets the 25 dollar.
And as I already said, it doesn't matter who was the first one who submitted the transction.
I also prefer that money to go to charity.
If you doubt about this or you think I was trying to get that 25 dollar, see the following post please.

I don't doubt you.  But now you've made me doubt what I saw on my screen so I'm going to try to accelerate some random transaction to see it again.

edit: Okay, thanks for the information - tried again on the hour and I saw the "verification succeeded"
pop-up in green text and that must be for the captcha but then nothing under the txid:
        efb18f7ed7e14729a94d708918b0ec5dab6222c89b909d3ad42ce5d449e62eb7
until I tried to submit a second time and then I see the "This transaction is being accelerated."
message.  Some random person just had a tx accelerated.

...but I had already submitted it through ViaBTC.
If you accelerate a transaction on ViaBTC successfully, it doesn't show any message.
If you submit a transaction which has already been submitted it says "This transaction is being accelerated."

I submitted the transaction and it didn't show any message. Then I submitted the transaction again to get that message and post the screenshot here.
In the case, you got the message "This transaction is being accelerated" the first time you submitted the transaction, it means that someone else had submitted the transaction before.

It doesn't really matter who submitted the transaction first. What matters is that the transaction has been accelerated and it will likely confirmed in a few hours.

No one here can mine your transaction. In order to confirm a transaction, you must have a big amount of hashrate and one here has that.
Only mining pools can pick a certain transaction.

I just submitted your transaction on ViaBTC free accelerator. It will likely confirmed in the next block they mine.  ViaBTC has about 8.5% of the total hashrate and they should mine one block in every 120 minutes on average.
