You can use bitaddress.org. After waving your mouse wildly for some randomness, head to the "wallet info" tab and enter the private key (which is processed by javascript and is not sent anywhere). You will then get some QR codes. Repeat for each key.

You can put the bitaddress.org address generator on a USB drive and boot into a live Linux CD with your internet disconnected and you are very safe. Assuming no one is looking in your windows.

Can someone please tell me which is the best offline, safe and secure  qr code generator to read and generate qr codes, because i am planning to keep my public and private keys in qr code format on papers..

please help
