I guess there is a difference in being kept awake all night (baby!) or staying awake all night (clubbing!)

I expect that staying out all night clubbing your body will be also have to deal with many other factors, like alcohol, fatigue etc so I would say that would be worse than just bring kept awake...

Staying up all night might not make your bruise worse, but according to WebMD it may decrease your sex drive.

"Sleep specialists say that sleep-deprived men and women report lower libidos and less interest in sex. Depleted energy, sleepiness, and increased tension may be largely to blame.
For men with sleep apnea, a respiratory problem that interrupts sleep, there may be another factor in the sexual slump. A study published in the Journal of Clinical Endocrinology & Metabolism in 2002 suggests that many men with sleep apnea also have low testosterone levels. In the study, nearly half of the men who suffered from severe sleep apnea also secreted abnormally low levels of testosterone during the night." -Camille Peri

Not sleeping could effect it. When you sleep you're body repairs itself. Including muscles. The bruise will not get worse if you don't sleep, but it will not get better as fast as it would if you were sleeping. Don't get me wrong sleeping for hours and hours doesn't make much difference either. I believe when sleeping you're body will only repair itself for a limited time and then focus on other things. Obviously I'm no doctor and this is just my guess with my knowledge. This sort of stuff is most likely on google.

You might want to change your title, my first thought was ...

Q: Can staying up all night effect a bruise?

A: Of course, you'll be tired and could fall over which can have the effect of bruising.

Pedantry: effect - cause to happen. affect - make change to

Really stupid question i know lol, i have a bruise above my eye will staying up affect it ?

It might, because when you sleep your body goes into a slight fever so it can start rejuvenating itself faster. So I don't think it will make it WORSE, but it won't heal as fast.
