What about dimensions width and height?
9999px is the limit. I am 99.99% sure it would suffice in any situation
This limit was introduced a few months ago after Veleor found an issue with images on the Epochtalk implementation and theymos also modified it here.

Then I try to stretch its max width and height which comes out into this.
Code:
[img height=10000 width=10000]https://i.imgur.com/lomI3xm.png[/img]

The data fetch to me when I try to preview is the exact text above.

The smallest possible height and width is.
Code:
[img height=1 width=1]https://i.imgur.com/lomI3xm.png[/img]

I couldn't find any information on this rn, it's possible that any image which is below 2.5 mb in size would be allowed regardless of the dimensions. Although you shouldn't be testing the limits of image size if there was one, as too large an image could distort a thread and make it difficult to load or to read, especially on mobile.
Don't know if the admin would reply here, you could try sending a pm.

The image should be no more than 2.5 MB.

1.5 does really suck, 2.5 would be perfect

OK, I increased it to 2.5.
