No - at least it's very, very unlikely. I stumbled upon this here and it seems (according to Google) this rumour is already on Twitter and other websites for more than 10 hours. There are other news about Pfizer which are more recent.
So it seems it's the typical fake news of this kind of websites. Maybe also somebody wanting to buy Pfizer stocks cheap.
