I did a ctrl+f and searched for "1775"
I manually glanced at the whole page

I cannot find where it says anything like this.

Nor can I find any reference to bitcoin or mining.

No, really not possible.

in your point of view what would it achieve in maximum?

You can check this for yourself at the hardware wiki

Nope.

A Core i7 3930k can do 66.6MH/s.  So you'd only need 22,523 cores to do 1.5TH/s.  Each one takes 190W, so you'd only need 4.2 megawatts to power it.  Totally worth it.
