You want to register the new domain, and you give ads space on the fresh new (not yet born) website? If I understand correctly.
Do you know what domain name you want?
I have couple unused domains 2years old. I think expired in June 2017. If you are interested, maybe I can give you one for free, or we can negotiate about your new domain(if you need hosting, we can talk about hosting also) but not for ads space
