From the beginning of active Bitcoin trading times, it has been subject to a lot of manipulation by whales and big players. You just cannot go out and sue the Wall Street for attempting to influence Bitcoin prices when you cannot produce solid evidence. Best case scenario for you would be to sit tight and continue holding while the market stabilises and prices begin shooting up again.

My dear friend you personally cannot seu the manipulators of btc as you are not the owner of btc .Only the real owner or may be the current global admins has the right to seu the once who are giving a negative impact in the btc market.I guess only the admins or the real owner of btc has the full right to go to court of law to bring justice to this digital currency but there is one more problem is that btc is not coming under any single country or organization and it is not something which is registered legally and the law and order of every country is different so it is little complicated issue while trying to sue the once who are spreading wrong info but it doesn't completely mean that it is not possible to sue them.

Honestly no one can gets sued for manipulating the crypto market since it is not yet fully regulated by the government. I think the closest legal case that bitcoin can be touched or investigated by the government if it would concern illegal activities like drugs or smuggling items. Other that this I dont see any way that the government can intervene such cases regarding price manipulation.

While I do not remember ever seeing something like that taken to court, it is very unlikely you could do that, if that were to happen then you could basically sue everyone for anything no matter how trivial, the most likely answer you are going to receive is that if you are unable to deal with the hardships of being a bitcoin investor you should stop those activities.
