All I know is that he keeps posting the same thing over and over and it is...

This user is currently ignored.

He is only trolling in his own thread mainly. Quite a comedian if you need a good laugh.

If you don't like an user, I think it is the option for you.

Let the mods decide when they must ban people, they are paid for it.

What about people that since the 1000's are telling people to HODL, and make more than few people HODL and lose money? Some of then that just ragequit Bitcoin after so much loss?

For me the I will HODL Bitcoin forever people are more dangerous. Fallling can be more annoying, but at least he is fun

I beg to differ. Hoarders are real hero Wink

Well, I think he is bearish and that is no reason to get him banned. He can walk free, but I'll definitely oppose his opinions with the following stat...

A statistical explanation why 1BTC may equal 1M USD in future...

Value of 1BTC (around figure)

2009 => 10-2 USD
2010 => 10-1 USD
2011 => 100 USD
2012 => 101 USD
2013 => 102 USD
2014 => 103 USD
2015 => 104 USD
2016 => 105 USD
2017 => 106 USD

A few people are very serious, nervous and sensitive. If market were bullish, nobody would care about fallling.

I vote no. Everyone here should have the right to say stuff. He is not scamming anyone he is just trolling and indirectly adding to the conversation. None of us really knows what will happen, so I don't consider his opinion to be "wrong". Although, I don't think he's right.

You can ban him. There is an "ignore" button. I visit this forum maybe twice a month to see what's going on and had never heard about this person (or so I thought.) Lo and behold, they were already on my ignore list.

On your list already, funny how that worked out.  I wish more people would start using the ignore button instead of grabbing their pick axes and torches for a good old fashion ban hunt.  Roll Eyes

We all know how easy it is to persuade noobs. Tell them anything and they'll believe it, heck there are still people who are 100% convinced when they receive an email from the prince of Nigeria in their spam folder, a lot of the time there is nothing you can say or do to stop them from falling for it. Thats why obvious FUD campaigns need to be removed. I don't think fallling needs a ban though. We should bring back the colored ignore buttons though whereby the more ignores you have the darker the color of your ignore button. I don't know why that was ever removed.

Where did he post deliberately false info? I haven't seen any so far. Report anything that you think is against the rules, button is in the bottom right corner of a post.

Sure, he is trollish and I am watching him, but he walks a fine line.

Shouldn't be banned considering how much bull-crap there is on this forum. Also... BTC is crashing. Hard.

Opinions aren't deceptive information just because you're a Bitcoin bull and he is a bear.

Just to clarify the guidelines he has broken:

I would like this 'no tolerance' being enforced

This section is for the speculation and discussion of bitcoin's value.

Some general guidelines:
    • There is no tolerance for the spreading of false or deceptive information.
    • News articles may be discussed here on the day of announcement, but afterwards discussion will need to take place in the Press section.
    • Speculation of alternate cryptocurrency belongs in Alternate cryptocurrencies.
    • Discussion of exchanges belong in Service Discussion, but services related to speculation may be discussed here.

    He started off posting deceptive information and aggressively telling people to sell or risk suicide later.

    Now he has trying to damage the reputation, and make accusations, of those who speak out against him.

    How can this be acceptable?
