You can use a fan control graph in the setting and when the temperature is higher than 70, make the fan run faster.

Temp will rise high when set your fans to auto , if you have msi or sapphire set it manualy to 60% , gigabyte set it to 70-75% , mining draws alot of power and exhaust alot of heat you have to take care of that , also 70c isn't that good try to keep your temps below 70

You should be able to go to your GPU software and set a Target temperature. Amd allows this and it works well for my Rx cards.

What GPU software?

Set it to 70%?
