Bech32 addresses are just a new format of representing an address and as far as relationship between the ones created from a master key goes, nothing has changed.
as others mentioned the way to link them is by blockchain analysis, which is when your coins are linked together somehow. although not 100% reliable but it is possible to link them with some good accuracy.

there are two more ways i can think of:
- having your Master Public Key. which you use for watch only wallet. anyone having that can have all your addresses currently in use or used in the future. not your private keys though, for that you need seed or master private key.
- an Electrum server/Node which you connect to knows which addresses belong together and can associate it with your IP also.

Here my question is simple but small complicated .

Suppose I have my account for btc segwit wallet at electrum .
As 10+ adress available there to use ( in addresses bar ) without doing anything .

Can we find out with single adress that how many addresses are attached with that electrum account to which the first one is belong .
I meant connection between bech addresses
( start from bc1***** ) of same account to find is possible ( no transaction made between address)

They can be linked. For example when in Electrum you start using different addresses for different services , exchanges or websites and you start receiving different amount of bitcoin in each of these addresses , when you try to spend all your existing amount by typing ! in the amount tab in electrum all of the addresses in which you have bitcoin will send each the bitcoin part they hold. When such thing happens , websites like walletexplorer can easily link all these addresses are from the same wallet and can have a view of all your bitcoin addresses you have in this wallet.

No.

But as you do more transactions, your addresses can be linked together with blockchain analysis.
