It is OK to join multiple telegram bounty campaign, just that you can't join multiple campaigns that request you to modify your telegram name with the ICO project name
Yes you can I have participated in multiple airdrops in telegram and I shared most of them in my telegram channel. Just always read the rules of the airdrops or bounties
Also wouldnt recommend to join campaigns with your private telegram. It will turn into trash with billion of unread messages, just get yourself another phone number fot that

As the heading stated, can we join or is it breaking the rules? I haven't yet joined any bounty campaigns other than signature campaigns so I don't know what are the do's and don'ts in there. So, can you help me with this? I know that the rewards is the same as airdrops, it is just a small amount. But, a reward is a reward no matter how small it is, right?
Every campaign has diffrent rules, some of them require to wear avatars or things like that which mean you could be only in one, so just read rules carefully and decide if they allow you to be in more than one or not.

Have you joined a Telegram campaign before? Can you help me and take a look at this one? It is the Telegram Campaign that I've joined. And I've joined their Telegram Group. I don't know what posts they are talking about in this thread. The 3 posts per week.
