Well, I checked and there are completed listings for litecoin and bitcoin that actually sold. Not much for the other coins. The other interesting thing is that it looks like the sales were profitable even after ebay/paypal took its cut. huh. Maybe thats why people are doing it Smiley

then again these were listings for paper wallets.

also ebay listings are totally free to list now up to what... 50 listings? you don't pay anything if it doesn't sell.

Shut the F**K up...

Where would you expect collectibles to be sold?

You don't want them, then don't buy them. What makes you think people here are listing them there anyways? Like this is the only alt-coin forum and users that ever existed.

You do realize that individual users are in the millions and millions, right... so this forum with how-many members... (Actual real members that are not bots or alt-accounts.) Is only a tiny fraction of the users of coins, that exists.)

But I digress...

What is your actual issue? That others are selling them for more than you can make at an exchange? That only makes the exchanges look like a better deal, and gives value to the coins you are mining, trading, selling.

So I repeat... Shut the F**K up!

No.

if you want to restrict markets, why are you in crypto? trade in fiat currency... for many alts its the easy way to introduce newcomers... although i have recently stopped selling (in a holding position at the moment) I have profited over $3k, with about $200 being scammers.... stop trying to control it.... a better idea would be for all alts that cant hold a 50000 dollar market cap for a month are gone... would wipe 60% of market out and heat up competition.

Willing Buyer Willing Seller, and also Willing Platform - Ebay.   If Ebay continues to allow such alt coin listing, it is their issue, nothing we can do about it.   If you don't like Alt-coins, you can don't click on the listings and don't go to the alt-coin section of the forum.

No one is buying them, no one wants them there, and it's going to just make it tougher to sell anything coin/mining/bit related period.

Seriously, from like 2 litecoin listings to literally 300 alt-coin sellings in maybe a month and a half. No one even wants them on BTC-e, and no one wants them on eBay.

Such Absurdity.....
