Thank you for tips I'll keep them in mind, I'm new to this.

Btw there were others but there are no proofs for them, they were just a bit smarter than this guy.

Having an archived copy is important, just in case:

anupu's bitcointalk profile : http://archive.is/ug1Kp

Some Airdrops he joined
     Planex : http://archive.is/qQjDY#selection-2579.0-2579.5
     DMRF : http://archive.is/DEYQE#selection-3936.4-3961.5
     Organicco : http://archive.is/QtD3k#selection-4801.0-4801.5

Most likely he will be tagged. I also reported a bounty abuser before, same case:
   * using other bitcointalk members' profile links and usernames (including mine)
   * his address sent small amount of ETH to bunch of addresses and use them to join in bounties
   * all the tokens received will then be sent to one destination

See here. The user was tagged.

This kind of abuse continue to happen because some managers allows it, not directly by saying it, but by not checking/verifying each accounts. Authentication post should be a requirement. There are managers who are implementing it now, I don't think others can't.

User: https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/anupu-1170328

this is the bounty thread: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.34419166
this is the original spreadsheet: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1LOv2BdbiZObov3Hi8d2x37m8So68iD9DPe1AdhY6DgA/edit#gid=755513439
you can see him at line #2716 he used that address in his profile: 0x715D4B5180fd31Ab9ABaf63646c6AFdb3Ce37a3C

now he picked 503 forum users and used his ethereum addresses with them (these users are innocents) and joined the same airdrop.

There are more than 7k transactions between these addresses and 0x715D4B5180fd31Ab9ABaf63646c6AFdb3Ce37a3C, he must have used this trick for some time.

Here are the proofs:
