How low of a blocktime would make sense?
Like Digibyte is 30 seconds or less.

Also, I'm not familiar with p2pool mining with cryptonote currencies, or bytecoin.

Are there other coins than Ethereum that don't work properly with P2Pool mining ?

Is this type of pools reserved to bitcoin or you can use it for litecoin, dogecoin, peercoin, whatever coin that exists ?

There are p2pools for litecoin and dogecoin.
Most big coins have a p2pool.

But for special coins there makes p2pool no sense.
example us ethereum: here p2pool is bad, because of the very low blocktime.

P2pool makes a new blockchain with a lower difficulty as original mining coin. So the ethereum p2pool blocktime would be lower then a second, you cannot handle this.
