You are going to need Powered Risers for this setup as well. Why?
1) You have more then 3 cards on your board
2) They won't all fit on the board due to thickness

How does that make sense when it only has 3 PCIe x16 slots? And you have 4 GPUs that take up 2 slots per GPU. It's just not gonna work.

once you have a bunch of cards pumping out heat.... you'll wish it was 620khs per 7950, instead of whatever the 7850 gets... maybe 325khs?
Yes 7950s would definitely be a better miner but that's not to say that 7850s are bad! Just that they're not as good.

Aw man, I don't see a 4gb ram deal! Guess I got there late, oh well. I actually downgraded the power supply quite a bit and I'm probably going to get 4 7850's now.
Yup that will work just fine. 
That power supply is actually overkill but that gives you room to grow. I just bought the same motherboard and CPU. Installed all the components tonight, Windows is updating as I type this. I bought the motherboard from Newegg.ca and I got free 4 GB of RAM with it. 
You don't need more than 4GB for litecoin if you're using CGMiner.
