So if someone had lot of bitcoins by accepting paypal on 15% Preev rates would they profit of that?

Of course many people will say profitable but is it safe? any guarantee about that?. I believe most of us think about safety not 15%, today's, people already prepare for the worst and try to protect their data/ asset more than before. I can say 15% is interesting offer but think again, try another way like exchange, it's more safe I believe.

There are numerous of exchanges and sites that provide the buyers even cheaper bitcoin than their USD value and assure safe complete transactions without any issues. So it has become pretty hard to find buyers who would accept bitcoin at such high rates and even if there is one there is no guarantee that the buyer won't try to scam you or the transaction will take place without any issues. It is indeed profitable to exchange bitcoin to currency through this method buy high risks are involved so it should be avoided.

Based on my experience, not many people will pay you so much high % profit nowadays because recently crypto exchanges are opened in most of the countries so people can buy directly from those exchanges instead of paying such a high fee.

Also, you have to deal only with trusted members for the PayPal funds so you may not get many buyers with that high rate.

Yes, you could make money off of currency exchange. Usually (and I speak from experience both on and off of this site), when one converts bitcoin to paypal, he'll get more money than the USD worth of his BTC. It's usually not a huge amount, maybe a 5-10% gain. Regardless, this is a profit and it can be used to one's advantage. If you have the option to do this, it could be a solid way to make money. You'd need to find some place to convert your paypal/fiat to bitcoin at 1:1, but after that you should be good to go.
