I specified what I will do.
I will pay for the office space.
I already have agents locations where we start off and expand.
We do not need much publicity.
in Africa, small scale businesses and artisans are the clients.
Rich people do not participate in sports betting in Africa.
So our agents will be located in market places and other strategic locations.
I will fund the expansion,
I will recruit all the agents.
I will also pay for the licensing.
Westerners doing business in Africa thrives, because Africa gives you the leverage to operate.
What my potential needs is to monitor the sales and manage the software and website.

I know this business,I will also issue additional information if you request for it.

I have been working for a betting firm owned by Lebanese that operates in West Africa.
Last year,I have concluded arrangement with issue of regulation, licensing from the gaming commission.
betting business is too lucrative in Africa.
with millions placing their chances on a daily basis.
I need some one to donate a betting software and the odds feed,I will take care of offices, thermal printers, laptops for our agents and business expansion plans.
We will have a 50-50 Arrangement .
Betting in Africa is offline as people go the agents office and pay in cash.
The profits are in millions
If you can bring a good betting/sports book  software,we are good to go.
