People will only pay you when they realise that you can add value and more so they are not paying you as a person, they are only paying for the value they are receiving which comes to what Op is trying to say here. You never said anything about the skills you possess neither do you make mention of the special deliverable you can meet but signature space which everyone on the forum by default has his or her own without having to do anything or pay for it. If you want someone to start taking you serious, that's the area you need to start developing.
If you're looking for a job, join with our freelance workers pool. There's no special category for signature campings, note it down under "skills" space.

It's very hard to find on this way advertisers for your signature. You are just member rank, its not to much attractive. Better try to find campaign with free slots and ask to participate.
ICO bounty campaigns can running for a long time period, up to few months, some people can't wait payments more than week or two
Why do you want to get paid in BTC & Ξ? there are bounties paying Millions of dollars in Bounties section. if you advertised for weeks and their ICO couldn't scam enough people to pay you, join the next one, people are offering ICO creation services, this forum is also providing a free advertising platform.
