Try to use /r/Bitcoin, there is a lot of information in there and people are usually active about posting the most recent news in there, maybe it is plenty in there.

The whole community is trying to increase the adoption of bitcoin, so maybe you can see a lot of notices in there.

But here is enough information, we all have a lot of sources in here. A lot of them are shitty ones, but yes, it is enough to be "updated" at least about what is going on.

I' am spending about 1 hour a day trying to avoid shitty threads in here.

I think for reliable news sources you need to mix together certain sources. A lot of sites that have been listed here I would say have articles that are fairly biased. However, I think when you're able to put those articles together with ones from those with articles being questionable about bitcoin, you can come up with arguments from both sides. I don't mean to say that I support any of these sites fully, but I want you to keep the idea of bias in your mind.

Top Crypto Casino
Coindesk is one of the most popular. There is Cointelegraph as well bubt often hated by the community since they love to promote scam there.
Some others to list: bitcoin.com, btcmanager, bitcoingarden, newsbtc, bitcoinist
