I don't see why not, but you're going to have to prove you own that land with legal documents before anyone hands over any BTC.

Before anybody bids on this you will have to prove you own these properties and have the right to sell them.

There is no reason you couldn't use bitcoins in a land contract. You can put whatever you want in a contract, as long as both parties agree to the terms.
+1 I will need to see full proof.

But the problem is how are you going to add Bitcoin into a contract?  I guess it will be a huge headache just explaining to your lawyers about what is Bitcoin.  Few lawyers are IT savvy.

I've seen a post of a pretty sweet condo for sale in Argentina a while back. I'm sure depending on how contracts are written, I see no reason a land owner couldn't sell for BTC.

I'm trying to do just that.  But I can't post in the marketplace yet, so you guys get first crack at any of the following:

1) 1/2 acre beachfront on Cistern Cay, Bahamas.  CisternCayLot24A.com, to be exact.  Price: 250 bitcoins
2) 1/2 acre vacant and buildable lot in St. Petersburg, Florida.  Price: 40 bitcoins
3) 1/3 acre vacant and buildable lot in Ocala, Florida.  Price: 40 bitcoins
4) 1/2 acre vacant and buildable lot in Punta Gorda, Florida.  I have four lots available.  Price: 30 bitcoins each, or we can work out a deal for multiple lots.

Thanks for reading.
