While China has banned Bitcoin,

Nobody has banned anything.
And certainly China has not banned Bitcoin.

/end of stupid thread.

Developed countries gradually understand that blockchain technology is a digital economy.
Kazakhstan, Bhutan, Venezuela and Chile are moving to attract Bitcoin companies to open offices there.

I'm pretty sure you mean 3rd world countries.
And, common, Venezuela?
Who would be stupid enough to open a company there when all they do is nationalize foreign property.

HODLing is an art, not just a word...
While China has banned Bitcoin,

when did that happen? LOL

Canada has been attracting digital money companies to invest in the country.

Bitmain, the world's largest Bitcoin operator, is considering relocating its operating office to Canada. At the same time, Hydro Quebec (Canada) negotiates with about 30 Bitcoin operators on their migration plans.
usually when a Chinese company wants to move, they move to somewhere close in Asia not all the way on the other side of the world. so i doubt this can happen. and i doubt it even more because of the way you started your topic and you didn't even give us a source.

Escorting Meets The Sharing Economy
Now this is pretty exciting!!! I am seeing a lot of potential with this news and I am looking forward for those countries who had rejected the technology to eat Bitcoin's dust. I just wish Canada would implement strict rules should they legalize this mining platforms to avoid further confusion towards the potential market. Let's keep our hopes high and hopefully many ICOs concerning mining would be established there.

It's great! It will lead to price growth of cryptocurrencies. As many developed countries will legalize crypto as much it will help cryptocurrencies grow. I'm sure that Canada will have a lot of investments if it's true.

Canada has made a right move. Countries will win when they start supporting BLOCKCHAIN instead of fighting. This technology will change the whole world. Even if some countries do not want it ...

Do not trust the government
Well this does make sense to me as it is pretty cold in certain parts of Canada. Electricity might not be too expensive either as they might have a bigger proportion of resources to people, as a big and very sparsely populated country.

I don't think that these countries you mentioned are attracting Bitcoin companies because they are well developed, quite the opposite, it is because they need Bitcoin. Especially in Venezuela because of hyperinflation and other countries perhaps due to lack of banking system and big fees are inability to send and receive money from outside of their countries.
