I think Canada has done an exceptional job in the past of drug regulation, especially with legalization of Marijuana. However, the darknet prevents any of these in-place securities to be upheld. If Canada becomes a centre of traffic for drugs, there may be more than just a few arrests...

Arresting from darknet has been difficult so far. Very few persons have been arrested, people who delve there in the dark net know their thing and know how to protect each other very well. The rare cases when arrests were made were because some infiltrated agents were playing the role of a drug dealer. This has been by passed now by new security measures which I am not aware of but I have read they never fall victim to such traps anymore.

Canada is a good country, their prime minister always trying to improve the country , he is accepting all kind of immigrants and races without problem. This lead also to problems being created like the drugs and bitcoin trading. Canada should do more to stop these things happening.
