Yeah, I get it now. The op was edited before my first reply, so I wonder the hows and process of buying there and getting reverse the transaction while theoretically, not possible.

OP withdrawn CAD in his bank account and the exchange sent OP higher than he requested. The case was something like this as far as I remember. May be after contacting with the exchange, exchange are trying to go through kind of charge back with legal procedure.Edit 2: Emailed them and they are now reversing the txn.
What you misread is you thought txn = crypto transaction.

That's good to hear from you, if its different people, I don't think if they mind posting here and asking questions whether to or what. They just keep it with their self and just like nothing happens.Such free money wouldn't worry them if they will return but kudos to you @OP for returning the funds that was sent to you mistakenly.

You should reach out to them obviously. There is an email on the bottom of their home page. Also, it looks like their CEO is active on Reddit[1][2], you can try and P.M him, you might get a faster response. Just make sure to ask for confirmation through email, just in case.

Fair enough. I'll contact them and see what they want to do.
It's up to you to decide but, in general, it's better to return the funds back. If it was me, I would have contacted them about the extra money and would have returned it.
