There's no problem with you, the problem starts from the network. Every single transactor is experiencing a delay and this is a massive congestion so you and me are affected with it.
Thus, you don't have to think about any other problem since it is in process as your main problem is that your transaction is just delayed.

Hi. In 7 december i exchanged my eths to btc in blockchain.info wallet via shapeshift
But 10 days it has not been finished, i transferred my eths another exchange and exchanged eths to btc.
After,, i sent bitcoins to my blockchain.info wallet.
At now, in exchange segment my transferring process status is "In process"
