I will wait untill it dropped and creat new one

Please note that your transaction is not guaranteed to get dropped from the mempool of the majority of nodes.
Some nodes (or even your own wallet) might re-broadcast your transaction.

There is no guarantee that this transaction will get cancelled instead of confirmed at some time later on.

What fee did you choose?
If you need to "boost" the transaction you could use CPFP. This requires you to own access to the private key of at least 1 output (e.g. change output).

It's nkt RBF
I will wait untill it dropped and creat new one

Thank you very much!

I am not sure if there is an easy way to do that on the Android version.
Both "Cancel" and "Bump fee" options are available on the android version.

To OP:

If the transaction is RBF-enabled, you can replace it with a new one spending same inputs to your own address.
To do so, tap on your transaction. After that, select "options" and then "Cancel (double-spend)".

I am using Electrum app on android

You can cancel that transaction by replacing it with a new transaction spending the same inputs to one of your addresses with a higher fee. I am not sure if there is an easy way to do that on the Android version. The Android version lacks some features in comparison to the desktop one, so you might need to download it if you don't find "Cancel transaction' option. You could restore your wallet using your recovery phrase on your desktop and simply right-click on your transaction, and select "Cancel transaction". Electrum will automatically double-spend your transaction with a higher fee.

If you decide to download the desktop version of Electrum, please, read this thread before installing it.

I wish to cancel this transaction but not see any where
to do it

Please advise

You can't cancel transaction in Bitcoin if it was already broadcasted, but you can replace it with higher transaction fee, or you can wait for it to drop off if you used very low fee.
What exactly do you want to do and what fee you used?
