We are about to talk to a delivery service who is in a couple of cities in the U.S . Drones would be cool!

Now we have a winner! OP you should add Dopecoin to the comparison list.
If weed related coins can't deliver weed then for me they have no purpose at all.

 Grin

Totally agree with your sentiment . If we can't facilitate a transaction via drone/app . digitally then our coins serve no purpose. We are reaching out to delivery service this weekend to see what they say. Also, one way we could do it with them is if you sign up with them they currently give you like a $10-$35 dollar credit or something and instead that could just be DOPEcoin all ready to go. Working it all out!

You don't have to go to buy some green. Now dealers even offer drone shipment. Wink
I know dealers who accept Bitcoin but I've never heard of anybody using Potcoin, Dopecoin, Cannabiscoin etc. for this.

Which one is better and why? Are they both GPU-only or can they be mined with more powerful methods?

Can you buy cannabis with Cannabiscoin?
Can you buy pot with Potcoin?

If your answer is "no", it's straight out of question.
If your answer is "yes" to both, then you can compare both coins.

Both coins looks dead to me. I think we have to wait for next year April 20 for some pump in both coins.

Might be the bearer of bad news but I would say both suck.  Why can't people just buy weed with Bitcoin?

There's no reason for these 500+ alternates to exist, especially the ones built on a bad foundation.

1. opinions are not News, and why are you in ALT threads if all of the +500 alts 'suck'?

2. buy weed with btc ... wait time 60min (small issue)

3. when you throw everything into one pot you end up with a smelly brown gooey substance ... having a coin focused on a group or product or issue ... allows for capital gains to also be held by the same interest who created that new wealth ... what the 'bitcoin and bitcoin only all alts suck' meme fails to mention is that it sucks wealth/capital from the systems/communities that attach to it ... think on that. (very big issue)

What is PoS? Also, what is the point to buy a bag of this coin? It's value is equal to 1 gram of pot. So the value of the coins will only go up, if the value of 1gram of pot also goes up. Which isn't likely to happen. Even if it does happen, it will rise only a little. Am I wrong?

Check out DopeCoin: http://www.dopecoin.com   - cheap, POS  good time to get in Wink

Theres so many marijuana niche coins out right now but I'm excited to see if there will be a new ethereum clone in this niche. I'm also excited to see if any marijuana coins will switch to ethereums code base with an automated coin swap.

What do you mean by this?

Both are great.

POT is going PoS only. So better buy a bag now and stake mine the coin.

CANN is PoW x11 GPU friendly. CANN also has D9 trying hard to get medicine to patients.
