Well then an even simpler question then... is your DNS working on that rig? Can you ssh into that rig and attempt to ping eth.au.dwarfpool.com? I think the user and password is "miner" (without quotes)

Can you use any other pools?

Try one of their other proxies like eth-us or eth-eu. I haven't used SimpleMiner in a few months but the default configuration was already set to Dwarfpool, all you had to do was plug in your rig and and mining address in the fields provided.

I'm setting a rig with simplemining.net and after troubleshooting a few issues have finally got myself stuck, with these lines repeating:

Cannot resolve 'eth-au.dwarfpool.com'
ETH: Stratum - Cannot connect to eth-au.dwarfpool.com:8008

I am running 6 x RX480, H270 chipset, the alternate RX OS for Z170 (because the six GPU's weren't working with the standard version).

And, yes, I live in Australia. Although, I was getting the same text appearing with the eth-eu.dwarfpool command.

Any ideas?
