Unplug if you have connected with the VPN in the browser you are using. You will find it will be enabled then once you done. Above omega asks you enable the Jscript running tool in your browser but by default you will be added and enabled. If you did not touched it you do not need to worry about it.
Clear the browser cookies and cache you will find the blockchain wallet will works better than others.
This problem happened to me several times and this is solved."VPN"
disable connected VPN, Clear the browser cookies and update your browser IP.

you can your browser IP using:
1. open cmd and execute this code.
Code:
ipconfig /renew
2. restart PC and browser.

Here is the right solution.I am also having the same issues sometimes then I will clear browser cookies and restarting the brower worked for me.

Nowadays blockchain.info wallet facing many bug issues so I think they need to upgrade their wallet and for the users use only the updated version of browser, google chrome always work well for me so I suggest everyone use the same.

And never use blockchain mobile app they have some serious issues, when I send bitcoins on mobile app the wallet send the bitcoin to my wallet instead os sending to the recipient address but charged me trasnaction fee. Angry

Just as expected there would be some people to take advantage on these kind of situation just to scam people. Back to topic this problem would have the cause of poor internet connection or on javascript of such web browser been used to open blockchain.info. I did experience this thing but changing web browser solves my problem. I dont know if this thing being already tried by op.

I am having this same issue. Did you figure it out? I have tried turning off VPN, rebooting, logged in/out and even tried accessing from another connection. Any input is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
Just like what bl4nkcode said have you ever tried to check your internet connection? VPN's aren't the real cause of this problem. Also try to restart or reboot the modem of your internet connection. I haven't yet experienced this problem but I've been through with some bugs so I guess it will be normally back soon.

If not try upgrading. Try in both the latest versions of chrome and firefox.
I also recommend this one, try it out.

Do you have NoScript or something that is disabling JavaScript? If yes, enable it again. You can also choose another browser or just try to delete cache. It looks more like an issue from the client side.

Limited in number. Limitless in potential.
Do you check your internet connection when you try to click the send button with your blockchain.info? it might be the reason for this...
And what browser are you using? It might some javascript error, I recommend chrome. Contacting blockchain's support takes too long BTW you're lucky if they replied you.

Maybe it's something simple and I hope so, but I sent coins to my wallet last night and when I logged in to Blockchain to try to use them, I couldn't enter a recipient address. I click send, then the window opens up but instead of a block to enter/scan the recipient wallet, I get those three flashing dots to indicate it is still loading. But it never stops loading.
I was expecting the transaction to take longer and require a higher fee than normal with the way things are going. A lot more people are using btc now, but I'm baffled that this would happen. This happened around 2am on January 2nd, New York time which would be 6-7am Europe. I am still really a newb with cryptocurrency so any help explaining would be appreciated. And yes I contacted support but who knows when I'll hear anything.
