You should have seen that option that lets you change that. Anything that is greater than 42 px (for members) I think will be deleted or cropped? Idk but I think it's like that

I think you click on a link called "Forum Profile Information" under "Modify Profile" on the left side of your screen when you're looking at your profile.
Have you been to forum details under your profile I think its called that. There has to be a box there. Or open a thread in META
