Maybe if you shared which website is restricting you, other people could help some more. It seems like a terrible idea to restrict your access based on IP address, unless you are absolutely sure that it doesn't change or can re-enable access through other means. You'll have to contact the support staff and see if there is anything they can do to help.
I tried to see if my computer was part of a botnet on mcafees homepage and some other site and it didnt detect anything. Can it have anything to do with me moveing and logging in from different ips and changeing the ip restriction.
Its been 3 days now and I still cant acces. But thanks for your answear, seems like I cant do much else than wait.

that can be happened if you're using an internet cafe or public network,
as far as i can see it happened because of they're detecting an evil spot in your IP.
or they're restricting your IP address for some reason,
might be some of your friend trying to make a lot of accounts in there ? or doing something like that.
but,try to wait for a few days if you're not doing something like that i believe you can access it again in the next day.
because it happened to me once and it took a day for me to access their site again.

when I try to log in I get Access from your IP address is restricted.
Even though I am on the same internet as when I added the restriction for extra security.
