I tried everything suggested above and none of it worked and finally, I found someone who experienced the same thing on Reddit, the solution was simply to change your IP using a VPN, now it works fine even If I don't use one so I believe my first IP was blacklisted for some reason.

Its working fine for me (using firefox, but I know it works on chrome/chromium too), but if you continue having issues you can use a different browser or purchase from a third party. They also sell it on amazon too, in case you would like to try it there.

Maybe try removing your cookies or such or if it really doesn't work perhaps use a different device to make your purchase. The site is working perfectly for me so the problem isn't being experienced by everyone.

Done same steps as OmegaStarScream. Looks like everything is working fine here too. Try using different browser, maybe that will fix it.

Clicked on the black circle, clicked "Add to cart"... selected shipping country and DHL shipping option and click "proceed to checkout"... it asks for the delivery address and payment type.
