I may have solved it by cloning the SSD from another rig (full amd). It's a real odd solution. I'll update you once testing is complete
Tried a fresh windows install with stock MB (X99-A2) settings.
Still the same problem (code 43)
Tried to set all pcie to gen 1

The cards are found by windows but it can't use them. What can I do?

i'm testing a rig with a 1070 asus strix and a 1070 msi aero itx, if i plugg them one by one they work fine, but if togh. they just won't work. Device manager shows 2 cards but one has the alert symbol and is not detected by the miner
what to do?
3 cards is the same (2*MSI)
Only the primary works, 2nd and 3rd code 43
