1.  Make sure the port lights(green and orange) come on when you plug the ethernet cable from your computer to antminer.

2.  make sure your computer's wifi is off.

3.  try changing the adapter settings back to "automatic", save and close out, and then try connecting that way.  this worked for me.   then after 2 weeks later, I could not connect and had to change adapter back to 192.168.1.254 (I have no idea why this happened, it just did)

change your computer ip  to 192.168.1.10 (ip mask: 255.255.255.0)
(your computer and the miner must be in the same network)

Please Help. I can't connect to my Antminer S1. I'm hooked up to my 630W Rosewill power supply and everything seems to be powered up correctly (lights and fans are on). I turned off my wifi connection and configured my IP address like the tutorials told me to do. When I enter the Antminer's IP address (192.168.1.99) I just get a error page. I've tried my Linux machine and a different Windows PC and they all get the same error. Any idea what I'm doing wrong? Thanks for the help!
