Yes, blockchair uses txindex=1, because they can see all transactions, not just their own. To use txindex yourself, you need the complete un-pruned blockchain, but the information on blockchair is correct anyways.

my bad, I missed the obvious 'bitcoincash' in the second code segment
so the problem with not finding the txs or decoding must be your wallet is not properly synced
can you check if your wallet has synced up to the latest block on bitcoincash chain

both txids don't exist on any explorer, so I guess the txid 9349a365ad exist only in your local mempool
this must be a leftover tx from chained unconfirmed txs in your wallet, the input bd08292d7a also invalid
are you receiver or sender? if you are a sender, just try resend again after doing -rescan
